Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique used by Reiki Practitioners to release energy blockages within the body, reducing stress and anxiety promoting balance and healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy"
Reiki healing is a non-invasive energy healing modality that treats the whole person and can be used for healing on many levels – physical, emotional, mental, spiritual – and is linked to a range of health benefits including – stress reduction, relaxation, better sleep, improved mood, pain relief and the balancing of energy centres.

Distant Reiki or remote healing is just as effective as an in-person session and is a great way to experience the nurturing Reiki energy in the comfort of your own home. It is the perfect option for those who are unable to attend in person due to location, illness or injuries. Internet access is required as the session may be run through Zoom or similar – these arrangements will be confirmed at booking.
Distant healing adheres to the ancient principle of the Hermetic Law of Similarity, in so much as we are all connected, and part of a larger whole. Reiki energy can be transferred from practitioner to client regardless of physical location, as it transcends time and space. All that’s required is the recipients’ permission.
A distant Reiki healing session is achieved when an attuned practitioner invokes this law to connect with their client’s energy field, to channel the healing effects of the universal life force.

Communicating with the Spirit world and working as a Medium is not an exact science and not all information received is literal. Quite often, Spirit will show symbols and signs and make reference to music and songs to get their message across. Therefore, my role also becomes one of interpreter and at times you will need to work with me to fully understand the message that they are bringing.
